These Promotional Terms and Conditions ("Promotional Terms") apply to all introductory pricing offers and sibling discounts made available by Advantage Education Sydney ("we", "us", "our"). By claiming a promotional price or discount, you agree to be bound by these Promotional Terms and the Advantage Education Sydney Enrolment Terms and Conditions.
1. Overview
Advantage Education Sydney offers introductory promotional pricing for new student enrolments and discounts for families enrolling multiple siblings. These promotions are offered at our discretion and are subject to the conditions set out below.
2. Eligibility
Introductory promotional pricing is available to:
- New students enrolling with Advantage Education Sydney for the first time
- Students enrolling in an eligible year level (Years 3–10) as listed in the fee schedule below
- Students whose enrolment and payment is completed within the promotional period
Students who have previously been enrolled with Advantage Education Sydney are not eligible for introductory promotional pricing, unless otherwise stated in a current promotional offer.
3. Offer Period
Promotional pricing is available for the term specified in the offer communication. Advantage Education Sydney reserves the right to withdraw, extend or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to the rights of any students who have already paid under the promotional terms.
4. Standard and Promotional Fees
The following table sets out the standard term fees and promotional term fees applicable to each year level. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are per student, per term.

Fees are subject to change. Current fees will be confirmed at the time of enrolment.
5. Promotional Pricing Conditions
Promotional pricing is subject to the following conditions:
- The promotional fee applies to the nominated term only and is not automatically carried over to subsequent terms
- Full term fees must be paid in advance to secure the promotional rate
- Promotional pricing cannot be applied retrospectively to enrolments already processed at the standard rate
- Advantage Education Sydney reserves the right to verify eligibility before confirming promotional pricing
6. How to Claim the Promotional Price
To claim promotional pricing:
- Complete the enrolment form available on our website or at the centre
- Reference the promotional offer when submitting your enrolment
- Pay the promotional fee in full by the payment deadline specified in your enrolment confirmation
The promotional price will be confirmed in your enrolment confirmation communication. If you have not received confirmation of the promotional rate, please contact us before making payment.
7. Sibling Discount
A sibling discount is available where two or more children from the same immediate family are enrolled concurrently at Advantage Education Sydney. The discount is applied to the additional sibling(s) enrolled, calculated on the applicable standard term fee.

Sibling discount percentages will be confirmed at the time of enrolment.
The sibling discount applies to the second and subsequent children enrolled, calculated against the relevant standard term fee. The discount does not apply to the first enrolled sibling.
Sibling discounts are not automatically applied. Please notify Advantage Education Sydney of all sibling enrolments when completing the enrolment form.
8. Combination of Offers
Unless otherwise stated, promotional introductory pricing and sibling discounts cannot be combined. Where a student may be eligible for more than one discount or promotional rate, Advantage Education Sydney will apply the most beneficial available offer at its discretion.
No promotional offer may be combined with any other offer, discount, coupon or special arrangement unless expressly authorised in writing by Advantage Education Sydney.
9. Refunds Under Promotional Terms
Refunds for enrolments made under promotional pricing are subject to the Advantage Education Sydney Enrolment Terms and Conditions. Promotional fees paid are non-refundable except where required by the Australian Consumer Law.
10. Changes to Promotional Terms
Advantage Education Sydney may update these Promotional Terms at any time. Changes will not affect enrolments already confirmed and paid under the previous terms. Updated terms will be published on our website.
11. Governing Law and Contact
These Promotional Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute arising under these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
